This past spring, Ian starred in a new short film called JOLIE (written by Adam Reid, creator of The Tiny Chef Show and directed by six time Emmy award winner Haley Geffen). The short tells the true story of the last day of operation of beloved Brooklyn restaurant, JOLlE. Ian was honored to be trusted to portray neighborhood fixture (and eccentric french restaurateur) Benjamin Tretout. Then, this summer - he was thrilled to learn that his performance had won him Best Actor at the 2022 Paris Art and Movie Awards!
